PION Group strengthens the competitiveness of individuals and companies through strategic talent solutions in staffing, recruitment, and consulting services. We operate under the brands Uniflex, Poolia, and QRIOS. Our vision, “A world where people matter – powered by tech”, permeates the way we work: combining technology and expertise to deliver quality, scalability, and long-term value.
PION Group is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Small Cap, and we build our future on organic growth and a clear customer focus.
In 2025 our guiding principle, in a market that continues to face challenges, has been organic growth. Rather than pursuing expansion through acquisitions, we have focused on developing our existing operations, strengthening the services we offer, and refining our internal processes.
Over the year, we have invested in technology and systems, including a new CRM, which has enhanced our sales efforts and provided clearer pipeline management. The result is more client meetings, better-qualified leads, and greater accuracy in business outcomes.
We have also carried out strategic divestments and closures to streamline the Group and concentrate resources on our core operations. This has made the organisation more focused and efficient, laying the foundation for long-term profitability.
For us, organic growth means building long-term customer relationships, developing employees’ skills, and creating the conditions for innovation. Our decentralised leadership model enables each company to take responsibility for its own development while contributing to the overall success of the group. Growing organically means shaping our future through our own efforts – attracting talent, developing our companies, and letting entrepreneurship and quality guide every step forward.
The year has been marked by a continued challenging market, but also by clear progress in our internal operations. Operating profit improved significantly compared with the previous year, reflecting the impact of the cost control and efficiency measures we have implemented. We also see positive developments in our core business, with more consultants on assignments and a strengthened sales pipeline supported by investments in systems and processes. This year’s strategic divestments and closures have further streamlined the organisation and laid the foundation for the long-term strengthening of PION Group.
