Nexer is a global full-service provider that drives technological development and digitalisation for businesses and society. Through our strategic capabilities, technical expertise, and communication skills, we create value for our customers in a digital world. We combine entrepreneurial spirit and long-term partnerships with cutting-edge skills in future-focused areas such as AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, embedded engineering, cloud, and cybersecurity.
At Nexer, organic growth is no coincidence; it is a deliberate choice. Our strategy towards 2030 is founded on growth by strengthening our existing business. It is about refining what we already excel at: our customer relationships, our people, our specialist expertise, and our entrepreneurial culture.
Growing organically means creating the right conditions for our teams to develop alongside our customers. We encourage independence and accountability, with each business unit operating as a small, specialised entity supported by the wider Nexer structure. Our belief in entrepreneurship, specialisation, and freedom with responsibility gives every employee the opportunity to contribute to growth. With a strong sales culture and a clear commitment to recruitment, we are now accelerating our pace.
This year, we have seen tangible results from our organic growth strategy. We have secured new framework agreements in the public sector and expanded our local engineering teams, for example in Stockholm, Linköping, and Västerås. In partnership with AI Sweden, we are strengthening our offering in sustainable AI – an area where we see growing demand from both industry and society.
Organic growth is also about growing together – with customers, employees, and partners. That is why our culture and values are central. We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skills. We believe in a long-term perspective, curiosity, and giving people the space to grow. That is how we build the future: step by step, person by person.
2025 has been a year of strategic reinforcement. We signed our largest deal to date: a multi-year agreement with Inera for the national health portal 1177, worth up to SEK 410 million. We were also awarded new framework agreements in the public sector, including with the Swedish Armed Forces and Kammarkollegiet.
As part of our thought leadership, we launched our fifth Tomorrow Report, which explores the challenges and opportunities of future technology and digitalisation from the perspective of the Swedish population. Internally, we have implemented Salesforce – our largest internal project to date – and strengthened our presence in engineering. We also acquired Qgroup, a fast-growing specialist company with operations in several countries.
In November, Martin am Zoll took over as CEO from Lars Kry. Having held senior positions within the group for many years, Martin brings a deep understanding of both the business and its customers.
Figures for 2025 are based on the latest available forecast and may therefore differ slightly towards actual outcomes. This applies to all 2025 figures.
