In Danir meets Danir, we invite people from across the Danir Group to discuss current topics, share experiences and inspire one another – and others. We talk about everything from leadership and corporate culture to diversity, social engagement, innovation, and industry trends. The series is hosted by Dennis Axnér and offers open, personal conversations that provide insight into how people from different parts of the group work and think.
In the premiere episode, Dennis sat down with Håkan Wifvesson, Jana Söderberg, and Fredrik Hedlund – three individuals with different perspectives on leadership and each with their own connection to the Danir Group. Håkan is the Chair of FC Rosengård and has extensive experience from both the Swedish Armed Forces and the business sector. Jana leads the organisation Motivationslyftet by Star for Life and is also a frequently engaged speaker and leadership coach. And then there’s Fredrik, Danir’s newly appointed CEO, who has founded and run businesses through both successes and challenges.
The conversation explored what has shaped their leadership – from their upbringing to their current roles – and offered insights and personal reflections on what modern leadership entails, as well as how to develop and future-proof both oneself and one’s organisation.
