Sigma Software Group is one of the world’s top 100 IT services companies, according to IAOP, and has been featured in CNBC and The Times. We have delivered smart IT solutions since 2002 and continue to drive innovation with a portfolio of 25 products and over 20 services. With expertise in aviation, automotive, and defence, our 2,000 experts across 21 countries serve more than 200 clients. As members of professional associations like APECSYS, we help businesses worldwide create robust security management systems aligned with high international standards.
It drives our every facet – from expanding our global footprint to nurturing AI innovation within our diverse ecosystem. Our leadership team has evolved to better support this growth: Valery Krasovsky, co-founder and visionary – recently named among Ukraine’s Top 50 CEOs by Delo.ua – now leads the broader Sigma Software Group ecosystem as a Group CEO, fostering synergy across all its elements. Among his goals is building a network of strong entrepreneurs empowered by the Group to develop new businesses. Katherine Tuluzova’s appointment as CEO of Sigma Software supports the scaling of our global operations with excellence. Artem Petrenko has been promoted to President of Strategy, shaping long-term partnerships across our key areas such as AI development, cybersecurity, and AdTech.
We expand mindfully – opening new tech hubs in Romania and Uzbekistan to access top engineering talent while enhancing client relationships in Europe and Central Asia. We strengthened our US presence by the strategic acquisition of a North Carolina-based IT and engineering consulting firm serving customers onsite – now Sigma Software Vertex. This enhances our local capabilities and provides greater value to clients.
We continue to invest in defence by building Ukraine’s largest private defence tech ecosystem, backed by the Ministry of Defence. Through the Defence Builder Accelerator and a dedicated fund, we invest in promising startups that prove their technologies on the battlefield, and we are also serving prime world defence brands with IT consulting. In addition, we invested in Defender Media – a brand-new platform created to share Ukrainian defence innovations with the world.
We grow organically through social impact and, according to Forbes national study, are one of Ukraine’s Top 50 Employers, and one of the Top 5 investors in education in Ukraine. Our Teachers’ Smart Up project, aimed at the professional growth of university and school faculty members, was named among the best non-profit IT initiatives. Our charities Unity Fund and Star for Life Ukraine bring great value to children and peace.
In 2025 we strengthened our leadership team and kept going that extra-mile for clients. Customer satisfaction hit 98 percent with an NPS score of 70. We have also continued to invest in education and defence tech innovation.
The decrease is due to the divestment of the subsidiary IdeaSoft, which employed 132.
