Nexer is a second-time partner to the non-profit tech school ReDI in Malmö, supporting migrant and refugee women through a free program offering IT and tech courses on several levels. The goal is to empower women by providing access to digital skills and a supportive network in Sweden.

ReDI Malmö started in the first semester of 2022. Partners, alongside Nexer, are from reputed organisations such as Microsoft, Coca-Cola Foundation, L’OrĂ©al Paris Foundation and Malmö Stad. Nexer Cybersecurity supports with knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity sessions.

“We at Nexer believe in empowering women and support diversity in work culture. Hence, we decided to become a partner and successfully deliver the SC-900 – Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals course”, says Anna Olsson, Business Manager at Nexer Cybersecurity.

The classes were conducted with demonstrations and examples, to ensure that students could easily understand the concept and gain valuable insights and knowledge.

“We have successfully delivered the course and lab session along with Microsoft. We have also presented a session on cybersecurity with some insights and real-world cyber attacks, which helped students get a good cybersecurity knowledge”, concludes Anna Olsson.

Nexer will contribute with a presentation of Tomorrow Report, which describes the Swedish people’s thoughts and attitudes towards tech and digitalisation. Nexer will also moderate a panel discussion.
