2021-11-25 Sigma

Each year, Universum ranks Swedish employers that succeed best in internal identity, employee loyalty, and employee satisfaction. The employees vote for the companies that they would recommend working for. Sigma Technology Group came third among Sweden’s Best Employers. This is the third year in a row that Sigma Technology Group is in the Top 3 among Sweden’s Best Employers which makes it unique among other Swedish companies.

Sigma Technology Group’s top priority is to provide superior employment. The company strives to create a supportive and inclusive workplace where employees’ ingenuity and determination to contribute to a better tomorrow play a crucial role. Carl Vikingsson, CEO at Sigma Technology Group, comments: “Making employment a superior experience is our continuous focus and top priority. This recognition goes in line with our ambition to become Sweden’s leading technology consulting company where our people are in focus. Being at the top of the Universum’s ranking is much more than just a position for us, it is evidence that we are on the right track. Our colleagues voting for us among Sweden’s Best Employers and helping us become among Top 3 employers are a great honor and proof that our efforts in providing superior employment have paid off.”

A month earlier, Sigma Technology Group was recognized as one of Sweden’s Best Managed Companies 2021 by Deloitte together with only 13 other Swedish companies in cooperation with Nasdaq. Sweden’s Best Managed Company is an award given to Swedish privately-owned companies that have succeeded well with strategic focus, operational capacity, corporate culture, and economic development. “I believe it is important to be long-term and proactive even in difficult times. That is why we were one of the first companies that started to grow again after the COVID-19 outbreak and established new startups within Sigma Technology Group to expand in new areas, get new clients and assignments, and establish in the new markets. Being ranked as one the best employers as well as Best Managed Company makes us stronger and attracts more top experts and brilliant minds to our organization”, continues Carl Vikingsson.

“To be one of Sweden’s Best Employers year after year is not only a sign of strength, it’s also a testament to a consistent and very strong culture. Congratulations, Sigma Technology Group, for this year’s 3rd place and a fantastic achievement over time,” shares Claes Peyron, Managing Director Nordics & UK, Universum.
