In early 2019 Sigma Dynamics got the opportunity to sign a long-term agreement with 24Storage to take end-to-end responsibility for system development and maintenance. 24Storage is a true innovator in the self-storage sector, with high demands on availability. Sigma Dynamics decided to go all in and combine expertise from 4 different business areas, all specialized in three Microsoft clouds, to setup a complete delivery to meet 24Storage’s high demands.

Sigma Dynamics develop, support, implement and optimize a range of Microsoft cloud-based systems to help 24Storage deliver a better customer experience in all channels, simplify storage bookings, contracts, pricing, as well as optimize their energy consumption and monitor the need for facility maintenance.

The combination of various Microsoft cloud applications that are being used to support all areas of 24Storage’s business is truly unique. The main system support for the customer journey is Dynamics 365 Marketing, Sales & Customer Service, and a wide number of Azure-based applications are used to handle 24Storage’s core business. Facilities are monitored using sensors, utilizing Azure IoT-central and Power BI to give actionable insights and automatically generate work orders in Dynamics 365 Field Service to seamlessly schedule and dispatch field technicians.
