On March 28th Volvo Cars’ Customer Service Supplier Awards ceremony took place in Gothenburg, Sweden, and gathered key Swedish suppliers. Sigma Technology Development AB was nominated among the best suppliers in the area of Customer Service for the company’s cooperation with Volvo Cars.
Volvo Cars’ Customer Service Supplier Awards is an event organized by MSX International (MSXI) in partnership with Volvo Cars. The ceremony aims to celebrate the quality
delivery and partnership, to acknowledge the outstanding business solutions
delivered by the suppliers.
This time the ceremony gathered more than 100 key suppliers. As
recognition of superior performance, MSXI presented 12 awards to suppliers
across four different categories: Design, Professional, Research and
Development and Customer Service. Sigma Technology Development AB was nominated
among the top suppliers in Customer Service category.

supplier to Volvo Cars’ Customer Service for the job that we have performed for
them during 2013. Customer Service is a part of Volvo Cars, which supports all
the workshops globally with diagnostic tools, fault-tracing information and
repair information among other things,” says
