A culture that carries us forward

Organic growth is a natural part of how we work. We do not expand through large acquisitions but through ideas born in everyday work, trust built over time, and people who drive progress. Our entrepreneurial spirit and persistence mean that development happens step by step, without compromising stability or long-term focus.

Culture is the engine that drives us. Here, curiosity and responsibility are encouraged. When an employee spots a customer need or wants to try a new solution, there is room to make it happen. Many of our successful initiatives begin this way – from a meeting between people and an idea allowed to grow. By fostering job satisfaction and recognition, we create space for more people to take initiatives, which in turn drives our development forward.

For us, organic growth is more than just a result. It reflects how we build our business – with people at the centre, lasting relationships, and a culture that carries us forward, even through change. In doing so, we strengthen both our customers and our role in shaping the technology of the future.

2025 in brief

Despite a year of uncertainty and some industry slowdown, we continued to grow. Turnover rose by around 10 percent, and our year-end results surpassed last year’s by roughly 40 percent, with the strongest growth in the defence sector. New framework agreements and partnerships in energy, green steel production, medical technology, and high-tech manufacturing broadened our customer base and accelerated our partner business.

We are also proud to have achieved ISO 27001 certification, alongside renewals of ISO 9001 and 14001, forming a solid foundation for delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions. For the third year running, we were named one of Sweden’s Best Managed Companies – a Deloitte recognition that reflects our customer focus and strong culture.

With these achievements behind us, we enter the new year with renewed energy and the drive to grow, innovate, and spread the joy of technology.
