Collaborative success: Leveraging synergies and partnerships
When engineers truly understand the industry and the business needs behind it, great product ideas come to life. We embrace this by working within a diverse, multi-domain ecosystem.
With over 20 years at the forefront of technology, we have created synergies between our product and service businesses, all while building lasting relationships with our customers and partners.
We believe there are no unsolvable challenges, and we don’t reinvent the wheel; instead, we save time, resources, and effort by leveraging existing solutions and products from our ecosystem. Rather than starting from scratch, our clients can use proven methods and technologies, allowing them to focus on innovation, efficiency, and growth. Our approach minimises risks and accelerates results, ensuring competitiveness in fast-paced markets. This is what entrepreneurship means to us.
Since joining Danir Group in 2006, we have felt connected, as its values mirror ours. We, too, foster a culture of innovation and of an agile, horizontal organisation that makes decisions quickly.
By merging with IdeaSoft, the #1 blockchain company in Ukraine, and Eventyr, a metaverse and gaming solutions team of experts, we established Sigma Software Group – a single umbrella for innovative companies and initiatives.
Our entrepreneurial spirit shines through in ventures like Clean.io, a Startup of the Year in Baltimore. As co-founders and investors in this anti-malvertising solution, we played a key role in its journey to being acquired by the leading US cybersecurity firm, HUMAN.
Similarly, IdeaSoft’s product Global Ledger, combating cybercrime, has made strides since its launch. They partnered with the UN Office on Drugs and Crime on digital asset security.
We integrate various AI solutions, including Datrics.ai, backed by Y Combinator and Datuum, and partnered with NEAR Protocol. This diversification increases the services our customers can offer and adds value to our tailored services, fostering long-term partnerships.
The year in brief
2023 was a year of welcoming diverse talent and nearly doubling our global presence, from Japan to Canada. We opened new offices in Hungary and Brazil.
We gained 50+ new clients and reached record levels in customer satisfaction (95%) and NPS (70). We launched two new ventures: low-cost services OptiCo and Sigma Software Compliance as an additional commercial offering.
We received 26 professional awards, including six Corporate Engagement Awards in London, recognition from the UN Global Compact, and a place on the Forbes’ Best Employers list.
