A clear example of our long-term commitment to entrepreneurship is the Future Leader Program – a joint initiative by Nexer Group, PION Group, and A Society – where we support and develop young talents through workshops, mentorship, and networking. The aim is to plant the seeds for more entrepreneurs in our future society.
Since women’s perspectives and ideas are indispensable for enriching and diversifying the tech world, we also invest heavily in female entrepreneurship. In partnership with Star for Life Ukraine, we run “Girls in Tech” – a programme aimed at inspiring girls and young women to pursue education and careers in IT/tech. This is also the aim of our own external network, Nexer Network: Women, which we launched back in 2014.
In 2024, we strengthened our global position by doubling our operations in the USA, expanding our presence in Germany, and establishing a new base in Slovakia. We launched a new “Tomorrow Report” – our recurring report that examines the Swedish public’s views on digitalisation and new technologies. This year’s edition focuses on cyber security.
On the topic of digital security, we introduced a new initiative this year, “Näringsvärnet”, modelled on the Swedish Home Guard, to enhance digital security. It is a collaborative project run in partnership with committed business leaders within Swedish industry, focusing on measures to strengthen Sweden’s digital defence and ensure that critical societal functions, from hospitals to banks, have the best possible conditions to operate under digital threats or crisis situations.
For legal reasons, we have renamed our Polish operations Holisticon, which is now an additional brand within the Nexer Group, active in both Germany and Poland.
